This knife is not what many people say it is...it's much more. As soon as I bought it I put the knife through its paces on some timber (eucalyptus)
In the bush. Chopped through a branch as thick as my arm in under 3 minutes and still shaved hair off my arm after. Great blade for many tasks in a wilderness, survival situation. Not that hard to sharpen either. Chopping is not the sole design theory either, stripping dry wood for tinder, curls, batoning, skinning, notching and the list goes on. When you consider all these uses the price is more than reasonable. Great blade.
Aussie knives were a pleasure to deal with and their selection is impressive to say the least.
Unique and massive

The Tom Brown Tracker may not be for every body, but it is a uniquely designed multi purpose survival knife.
Built to endure the harshest of conditions solid, comfortable and suprisingly well balanced for such a massively thick blade.
Being so well designed and made, the Tom Brown Tracker will replace numerous other blades, in all but the smallest chores.
The supplied Kydex sheath is very comfortable to wear, if limited carrying options (room for improvement).
So again, a unique design and a must have in any serious collection!
