Victorinox Hunter Pro - Orange
The Hunter›s Knife from Victorinox was developed from scratch as a special knife for hunters in the United States. Hunters in some countries need a tailored hunting knife that does not require any additional tools. The Hunter Pro is the result of this particular challenge. It comes with a large one-handed blade. The ergonomic shape lends the hunting knife an extremely stable grip. The products are delivered with a special and matching pouch.

Received the knife in the mail 3 days after ordering it so very prompt delivery thank you.
Knife is well weighted & came extremely sharp, which is all that can really be asked. Zero blade play & locking mechanism is solid.
Knife is comfortable in hand and is the perfect bushwalking accessory :)

Typical victorinox quality, they haven't been in business for this long for nothing.
Zero blade play, blade is centered when closed, comfy grip, locks in place with a reassuring snap.
I got an orange one and it arrived shaving sharp.
Feel of Swiss Quality

Bought the black a year ago and was very impressed, great feel good strong fold but best off all the edge has stayed razor sharp even after a few Buck preps, so now I bought a second one this orange handled version so I know I'm all set for the hunt.
Don't Believe the Old Reviews

Reviews when this knife first came out a few years ago reported a large amount of blade play and it was basically described as a lemon. I just bought the orange handled one and it had absolutely zero blade play. I was so impressed overall that I immediately bought a black handled one and it also locked up tight and had zero blade play. Both knives came sharp but not shaving sharp but I can fix that. I have noticed one con in that when gripped hard there is some sharpness in the area of the handle where the blade slot exists. Otherwise the handle feels more comfortable and safer to hold than that of most folders. I wear the sheath horizontally on my belt and that is a great way to carry this knife. You would hardly know it is there. For its price, this is a remarkable knife and I would recommend it to others as a very good general purpose utility knife. I look forward to seeing how it survives the test of time but I certainly don't believe it is the lemon described in 2013 reviews.

i was surprised at how blunt this knife came from the factory. it couldn't cut through a piece of paper to save its life. however i cant deny the quality of the steel in this blade. I've no clue what it is but its hard and holds an edge. the handle is comfortable but the gap from where the blade slots into the handle seems to cut into your fingers when your using it more vigorously. the length is sensible and the locking mechanism is very tight and strong. all that you could want from a multi purpose camp side knife.
